A busy Tallaght Builders Provider is seeking applications for a full-time sales administrator. The successful candidate must possess proficiency in the following key areas along with a very high level of accuracy, organisational & communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and within a team:
- High level of computer literacy including experience in the Office suite and ERP’s such as Intact, SAP, Sage etc and preferably of Merlin Business Software.
- A good level of understanding in Accounts and sales margins
Other key skills include:
- Fluency in the English Language
- High Maths proficiency
- Experience of building materials and the Industry an advantage
- Analysing and maintaining sales margins as set out by Management
- Posting of Invoices and distributing to customers in a timely manner
- Analysing, scanning and filing of all relevant paperwork in a highly organised manner
- Analysing and sourcing sales orders outstanding
- Closing of Monthly sales by deadlines as set by Management
- Quotations Management and clear downs
