Sales Administrator

A busy Tallaght Builders Provider is seeking applications for a full-time sales administrator. The successful candidate must possess proficiency in the following key areas along with a very high level of accuracy, organisational & communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and within a team:

  • High level of computer literacy including experience in the Office suite and ERP’s such as Intact, SAP, Sage etc and preferably of Merlin Business Software.
  • A good level of understanding in Accounts and sales margins

 Other key skills include:

  • Fluency in the English Language
  • High Maths proficiency
  • Experience of building materials and the Industry an advantage

 Tasks include:

  • Analysing and maintaining sales margins as set out by Management
  • Posting of Invoices and distributing to customers in a timely manner
  • Analysing, scanning and filing of all relevant paperwork in a highly organised manner
  • Analysing and sourcing sales orders outstanding
  • Closing of Monthly sales by deadlines as set by Management
  • Quotations Management and clear downs
